Some images are difficult to crop or edit if the background is crowded. If the photo is not clear, it may affect the final custom product and your design options may be limited. All custom orders are made to order and all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges).

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. No refunds will be issued for carrier-related issues.
